“ If you do order of boo hoo expect to Receive what you have paid for In price also the sizes are inaccurate I’m a 14 for comfort and the size that came was not a 14 more a 10-12, I’ve ordered of boo hoo many times and the quality and standard was much higher. ”

“ No problems at all with anything I've ordered good quality for price you pay, no problems with delivery, im 36 in waist 34 in leg all jeans have fitted perfectly and still do after several washes, hoodie and sweats no problems their either, excellent value for money, with payment option of laybuy you can't go wrong 5 stars all the way. ”

“ shocking company, sent me the incorrect item, they want me to return said item but won't get it collected they want me a full time working single mum to drag my 3 & 4 year old children on a hour round trip walking at 6 o'clock at night in the cold and rain to send the incorrect item back to be able to get my correct item ALL BECAUSE THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, what they have sent me is worth £7.50!!!!!!! i have explain the circumstances to them and requested it got collected. nope they won't do it. speaks volumes of the type of company Boohoo is, they are willing to make me and my children do that through their error!!!! absolute disgrace. i will never shop at this low customer value company again. they havnt cared in the slightest then act like their doing me a favour by saying once i returned the incorrect item send proof of returning and they will send the correct item on a next day delivery when i paid next day for the original order and it should have been in that parcel!!!! never again Boohoo!!! ”

“ I ordered a dress that was stated as 'white' on the description, looked white on the image, but when it arrived it was a yellowy ecru colour, nothing at all like the image on the site. It was also very mediocre in quality, certainly not worth the £28.99 price tag. I paid £4.50 delivery and £1.99 to return - £6.50 outlay for nothing. I also cannot understand why I should be charged £4.50 to have the item delivered but only £1.99 Royal Mail via their returns service to return the same item in same packaging?? First and LAST time for ordering on Boohoo for me, never ordered before, won't be ordering again ”

I told them to replace the order and send it to me since the item was still available by now all the dresses was at a regular price . Guess what ? They decide to refund me instead ! Very disappointed with the service … it felt like a scam ! Fault advertising!!!! ”
