“Delivery estimates are completely off, express or standard it doesn't matter.. FYI Express shipping is 2 weeks for Australia NOT 1-4 days as stated. Don't bother, h&m is cheaper and sells better clothes.”

“people pay for cheap products and then expect the product to be top tier fabric. Get real. I ordered 70$ worth of 8 items and they all arrived here, I was aware of what the quality would be based off how cheap it was and yes I am/was satisfied.”

“The sizes are about 3 sizes smaller that what you should expect. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t expect to talk to a living human being and if you do it will only be over chat and they won’t help you. If you try to return anything the site will tell you that there’s something wrong with your card until the return date has expired. When there is nothing wrong with your card, then you’ll spend 30 minutes on the phone with your credit card company trying to figure out what’s wrong with your card only to find out there’s nothing wrong and the company is just trying to make it so you can’t return your package. CROOKED COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CLOTHING”

“Junk don’t waste your time. Useless they send you wrong sizes and incorrect items just to get the order out. Then it’s almost impossible to get it sorted out. Then when you do get the clothes it’s as if they are disposable after one use.”

“I bought 3 Medium size tracksuit from boohooMAN and can’t get one to fit me perfectly. One was too small and the other two was too big. The size label were completely messed up. It look more likely a small and large or extra large to me. Also quality is what you pay for. So disappointed! This is my first purchased from boohooMAN and will be my last.”

“My clothes went pilled after being washed once. The colour ran from a couple of them to. The customer service through twitter blamed me for the cloths going so badly as they did they said it was wear and tear , I've had them for a month . What wear and tear! I ordered cloths from them before made from the same material and it was fine ! The quality of the clothing must have gone down hill badly . Wont be ordering from them again . Terrible .”
