“Bloody customer service. They sent me damaged products and I wanted to return it although It was a long process.but they didn’t agree with me.I will never ever recommend BoohooMAN 🤬.”

“Horrible customer service. Products are just as bad. I wanted to cancel my order immediately after placing the order. They said they can do cancellations “as they get started right when we place the order”. That’s clearly a lie as it didn’t send out for over 24 hours. The place I return my clothes is the same place they send the clothes so it’s very easy to cancel an order. Literally they could walk it down. I was responsible for the payment of the stamp to send my clothes back when I wanted to cancel them in the first place. The return portal is confusing. They received my return on August 6th. It’s August 20 now and i still haven’t gotten an update or my money back. This company is horrible. They are hoping we are too lazy to return the items so they can keep the profit on their tissue paper based clothing”

“I was horrified while reading these reviews and felt stupid for not doing proper research before buying from this company, but funny enough the package arrived today, 2 days early. My only problem is that I couldn't track or even find my order which is why I was worried while reading these. The clothes fits well and look amazing so I'll be leaving a four star but I'll consider myself one of the lucky ones and never purchase clothes here again just in case.”

“IF You want to get angry and frustrated super easily - purchase at BOOHOOMAN! I made a purchase and it never arrived at my location- I had to contact them for a refund that is still pending! I contacted them 2 weeks after for a copy of the refund - in this manner I can verify with my bank but the WhatsApp (the only way of communicating with them) is not helpful. USE your money and time elsewhere”

“Okay so I love their clothes! So this review is no way in connection to their actual clothing items. But with that being said, This review is specifically for their Customer Service. I was going to Miami for the weekend, and ordered my clothes. For some reason my packages shipped in 2 orders separately. I was like okay whatever. But time kept trying closer and next thing I know it was 15 days later, and STILL! No delivery. So the day before my trip I managed to only receive 1 Package. I contacted them and asked why would my packages be shipped at the same time & I only get one of them? Of course they didn’t help. Just fed me some BS automated line. So sadly I went on vacation with only 1 package of clothes I had planned to wear. My parents ended up bringing down the 2nd package. And when I opened it up, I had a sweat shirt in there that was supposed to Small, but it came in XXL! I certainly do not wear that size. And pleaded with them to just send me a small or just give me a $6 credit towards my next order. But they insisted they could not do that. They said I would have to go down to the Shipment store (I don’t even have a car), get them to ship it out for me, Pay for it, and then they would refund me my $6. I laughed at them because I’m not doing all of that for a $6 Sweat Shirt. It’s not good business or good customer service. I have ordered from them several times because, I definitely don’t deserve the BS they are trying to feed me. You are supposed to make your customers happy and satisfied so they keep coming back. All I have to say is, DO BETTER!!!”

“i honestly wish i could give them a zero. the pockets are like 2 inches deep. the crotch is extremely small and it digs into my testicles and the zipper isn’t a zipper; it’s 3 extra buttons. DONT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS”

“My partner has ordered from them twice now the first order took over 4 weeks to get here and paid for express when we received the order we were missing a XL duo hoodie pack and we got a black L hoodie and when complained to customer service we had to pay for shipping to send it back even thought It was there mistake. Today was our second time ordering didn’t pay for express came in 2 weeks and sAGAIN ordered two XL white hoodies what we got was a MEDIUM hoodie that was labelled large and then the was just a large. Honestly who the hell is running this hole”

“I had to write a review, because I was surprised at all the negative reviews! I hesitated to order from here due to so many bad comments, but I have ordered twice now and been very satisfied both times! First order took about 2 weeks to arrive and 2nd took 10 days. I'm not sure people realize the company is not in the US so ordering enough to get minimal shipping charges is very worth it! While the prices aren't dirt cheap they are significantly lower than what I've found for the similar unique items elsewhere. I expected quality to be lower, but that's not the case! This last order that arrived today had a pair of joggers and a pair of sweat pants in the order. They are very thick! The shirts have all looked exactly as pictured and so far been flawless. My only complaint is in the lengths of the pants. The models shown for regular vs tall are usually around 6'1. Maybe their legs are slightly short for their heights. My son is between 5'10 and 5'11, and the pants always hit at a point that they're not short, but any shorter and they would be. My suggestion to anyone who's legs might be longer than average regardless of being under 6'4 (the suggested height for tall) is to buy the tall if you want a roomier leg length. Otherwise I am excited about finding the company a few months ago and will definitely continue shopping here!”

“I have purchased from this company numerous of times and I’ve had to send some items back. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund on items that clearly show they have received back. I have to now result to disputing the charges with my card company. In addition, I never get reply’s back from their customer services regarding the status of my refund.”

“I emailed them four times and got NO answer. This was a couple of months ago. I never heard a thing. I paid for EXPRESS shipping with my money and they did not get here in that promised timeframe. I was nice and understood that delays happen BUT I wanted my money back that I paid for express shipping. They got to keep my money and never answer me. And their products shrink like CRAZY. never ordering again bc that’s ridiculous.”

“I ordered some pants on Saturday and chose 3-4 shipping it came Thursday morning, so I’m guessing there business days are Monday-Friday. But I really like the pants and how they fit. I don’t know how people had problems with the shipping but I had no problem but I'm very satisfied!”

“I order from this company 4 weeks ago I still have not received my package.I have text them on Twitter and left a email which they have not responded to none.I’m done wit ordering from here I wish I knew this would happen I wouldn’t waste my money with them.Don’t spend money on boohooman.I’m going to say it again don’t spend your money on this company I feel like it needs to be shut down.NEVER AGAIN”
