Worst place to buy cargo pants. I got 2 Large pairs from the tall sizing section and I really regret making that decision. They fit small around the waist, insanely small, coming from a tall guy. Secondly, the crotch space is horrible there is no room for your balls and that’s there design so whether is XXL or M it is going to have no room there. And to return it costs $4, plus my $15 delivery fees won’t be refunded. So I lost $19 for $40 worth of pants. No wonder why they don’t have a review section on there website.

I put a wrong address (country) when placing an order. I noticed the error right after payment.I contacted them and they replied that they can't make any changes.Instead they said i go pickup the package from that address which does not even exist in that country. :(

I’ll start of by saying that if you are a bigger guy size up because the clothes runs small. Even by sizing up there is a chance the clothes will still run small the clothes won’t fit exactly as pictured!!!!! make sure that you are 100% willing to loose that money if the clothes aren’t what you where expecting or just return them. Be cautious the clothing is nice but you can tell by just a couple wash they will start to look bad especially if you are buying sweatpants.

I ordered a couple of joggers and graphic t shirts, its been more then a Month, I have waited long enough. But they arrived two days ago, with 3 joggers missing and 2 tees missing, bag damaged. I have talked to an ombudsman, I am going to take legal action for this, this is unacceptable as they are hungry for money and do not want to help you. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE I BEG YOU>

Ordered June 12th, its September 11 and I still havent received the order. The tracking shows its been sitting in the same spot since July 15th. Will never order from here again.

Bareable quality to wear around the house so I decided to place a 2nd order for a few things while there was a big sale - I ordered the same size every time... and literally none of the sizes were the same, all the labels say XL... but I now have a bunch of XS, S, M and maybe 1 actual XL. Gave them to my cousin who is 15 years younger than me.

Disgusting. Ordered 27 items and delivered in 3 bags. Paid £5.99 for Selected Day Delivery which 1/3 parcel arrived a day after that day and 2/3 arrived 2 days after that. One bag was ripped 10-15cm. Contacted via Live chat… Response: All items were scanned, please check your parcel and you will find it there. We are unable to offer a replacement or a refund. - Like I haven’t checked already Accept your mistakes at least. Also you might as well get your staffs trained with customer service, how to pack - without overfilling one bag to save bag use, how to find a good bag to ship.

Do not order from them. Ordered on august 20th, and I payed $10 for shipping and it said it would get delivered on august 28th. Anthen what do you know, they push it back to September 10th, and it still hasn’t came. Now they said it won’t be here till September 25th. All I gotta say is this company is bs.

Literally ordered 11 days ago and still haven't received my items. Seriously, how long is the delivery!? Extremely slow customer service and be cautious when ordering from boohooMAN. If you're willing to wait 10+ days and willing to have items missing, go for it. My opinion is to NOT buy from boohooMAN. Not worth the wait.

If you see this do NOT buy from them!! They take forever to ship (Still haven’t had my item shipped as I type this ) and have horrible customer service. They’re quick to take your money but ship whenever they feel like. If you’re reading this and still feel like ordering I HIGHLY recommend you not to, but do it at your own risk and don’t say someone didn’t warn you.

I never had a problem with them before but I will never buy anything else from them . I ordered express shipping the package came at the same time regular shipping estimated. Then when I get my items I missing like 5 items I called customer service. They tell me it’s nothing that they can do as they scanned the item before shipping. I messaged them back offering to send the stuff back and get my refund. I got no answer

Package took way too long. It took almost a month of shipping and the clothes are bad quality. The graphic tee was already faded away by the time it got here. Don’t buy from this website you’ll regret it.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! TERRIBLE business!! I would NOT recommend that anyone waist their time and spend money here. I placed an order on August 15th which at the time stated that my estimated delivery date would be Aug 20th. I get that its just an estimate but here it is now August 25th and my package is still at the exact same place it was on August 15th when I placed the order. It has not progressed one bit. I then reach out to booboo via whatsapp which is ridiculous that customers spending their hard earned money cant even receive proper and efficient communication with this company. They message me back on whatsapp days later and state that they have over 50,000 orders a day and cant look their the system to find my order and cancel it. Mind you I message and asked about why my package has not moved since being placed and stated that I would like to cancel since it has not. The representative never offered any info on my tracking status. Only stated that since they receive so many orders in a day they cant cancel. Im pretty sure you are more busy dealing with customer COMPLAINTS than customer orders😉 For every 50,000 order you get in a day, as you say. Im almost certain you get about 49,000 COMPLAINTS as well. Poor poor company needs LOTS of reparations!!! Sad

Bloody customer service. They sent me damaged products and I wanted to return it although It was a long process.but they didn’t agree with me.I will never ever recommend BoohooMAN 🤬.

Horrible customer service. Products are just as bad. I wanted to cancel my order immediately after placing the order. They said they can do cancellations “as they get started right when we place the order”. That’s clearly a lie as it didn’t send out for over 24 hours. The place I return my clothes is the same place they send the clothes so it’s very easy to cancel an order. Literally they could walk it down. I was responsible for the payment of the stamp to send my clothes back when I wanted to cancel them in the first place. The return portal is confusing. They received my return on August 6th. It’s August 20 now and i still haven’t gotten an update or my money back. This company is horrible. They are hoping we are too lazy to return the items so they can keep the profit on their tissue paper based clothing

This company has never done me wrong … but recently just added you have to pay the ups man to get your package … plus to send it out I’ll never order from them again
