I didn’t agree with the judgement of the book condition. I was quoted a specific amount then after I sent the books in and the books were “judged” the prices were re-adjusted.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I certainly understand your frustration with not receiving the kind of payment you were expecting. Our records show that your order was received and paid at the full quoted amount, with no adjustments that were made. We understand that people are always looking for the best price possible for their used textbooks, which we strive to offer, but may sell some books to a competitor. Is it possible that you may be mistaking us for another company that you sold textbooks to? Extremely disappointed. I sold a book to Bookbyte. Sent in the one book that I was quoted only to be told that 3 others were received from me that I have never even owned. They claimed that the one that I did send was never received. I was paid less than half for the ones that I didn't send in than the estimate for the original one. After some back and forth and pretty much being told to reread the policy, I was given the rest of the credit as a "one time exception". What the hell? I know what I sent back and being questioned and told that other books were received was ridiculous! Only reason for 2 stars is because they did pay the full amount as a "courtesy" to me. 😐 Never again.
