"If a negative rating were available, I would select it. The moderately expensive book arrived with boards torn from spine, in a loose plastic mailer, no protection. Things happen; I get it. I reached out via support email the day the book arrived, explained the problem, and provided a photo. Two weeks later, there still has not been a response. It's almost certainly best to avoid doing business with this fly-by-night outfit."
