“I purchased a text from BooksRun this last quarter and ended up not requiring it. I contacted BooksRun regarding its return policy and received their response, which included a prepaid label for returning the book, no questions asked except a reminder that the book be in its original condition (it was a used book - but it didn't make any difference, because I didn't get the chance to even open the original package). I was extremely pleased with BookRun's policy and with its customer service, particularly that provided by its customer service rep, Dalia. I will continue to do business with BooksRun in the future and encourage others to do so. They have more than competitive prices, their texts are in good condition, and their customer service exceptional.”
