“There are good things and bad things. It is nice that they make it easy to ship the books. It does seem as though it takes a little while to actually get the funds. It is also disappointing to the low percentage of books that they will actually buy and the prices are pretty low.”

“Love the feedback on the books that were sent and the option to accept or decline the offer. Fair pricing and a quick turn around. Books don't have to be perfect, they can be slightly used and still accepted.”

“I wish you would give more promo codes for buy back and higher %. Also if I have books in my cart the price should not go down like I had a book for $4.89 and a day later when I was going to complete my order it went down to 11 cents, because if I had a book that was worth less and it goes up in price the price in my cart would be higher.”
