“This is a complete and utter scam. I had a textbook in pristine condition. It had never been used. I unwrapped it from its previous packaging and sent it directly to BooksRun. After several days of waiting they assess my book and claim it is "damaged". The $42 I was initially offered is now at zero. And if I want my book returned I have to pay them $5. Just their way of trying to keep my textbooks for free. Do not use this as a source for reselling your textbooks.”

“Well, I looked you up on the Internet and I think the price was reasonable and showed me how to deliver it to you guys and I just got a text today stating that great news that you guys are buying my book and you guys mailed out a check for $29.34 and it takes 3 to 20 business days before I received that check. Thank you.”
