“All was good and easy. My only complaint is that the prices or even if you are buying a book change quickly, making it hard to finalize a buyback if it isn't done instantly.”

“I sent in 2 books in the same box. One was processed very quickly. The other has not been processed and it appears they lost it. I would choose another service next time.”

“Process worked well. Buy back prices for books are pretty low. Website offered a bonus 5% for any buy back order, but when I tried to enter the code, the site would not accept it. What's with that?”
