“Poor customer service! Every response was from a different representative. The card was never received and the replacement that was sent (2month process) was a DOA. The flutter card did not work, the butterfly was flat and was such a disappointment! Never ever will I order again! Also, order replacement and or credit was only offer. They would not even expedite shipping after order was missing unless I paid more. Horrible business!”

“Very poor service, cancelled my order without telling me and so missed the day of the special occasion. Then to make amends offered me a.refund on something I already was getting refunded, to look good. NEVER AGAIN”
