“unable to upload photo, email customer service is ridiculously slow.... about 24 hrs before a response, gave up and did without photo a week later still hasn't arrived very disappointed in the non exsistant customer service wouldn't use again couldn't access live chat”

Hi Keith, the Boomf Bomb arrives in a ripalope (essentially flat packed) which offers the pop and explosion! Please do reach out if when you open it, it's not quite right but this does sound like the right one for you! I hope you enjoyed it 🌟

“I got parcel and opened it to find a very small box which was nice with photos on it. I expected the chocolate bombs to be in the box with the confetti, which is not heart shaped it is round. The envelope with the confetti I opened the seal and then turned it over to see that it stayed rip here, it now does not boom, waste of money in my opinion.”

“Lovely card. Love the different ideas. I’ve knocked a star off though as I was disappointed that there is no envelope with it so I had to wrap it up to present it to my daughter so that the tab didn’t get caught in transit and set it off by accident”
