“Worst service. Parcel wasn't delivered because i didn't include a number but i always get my parcel's delivered even when i only include my postal code. Spoke with an agent and was told nothing could be done since i didn't include this. Not even a reship since they said they couldn't refund...anyways would advice my folks interested not to even bother and would narate this experience. To me its just a real off on stealing money from people, especially during this crisis.”

David, I am so sorry you have not received your Boomf gift, this is far from the experience we had intended for you! 😔 Looking at your order I can see there is no apartment number or house number on the delivery address. There is only an intercom number provided 🤔 Unfortunately, without the building number, we cannot guarantee the delivery service will know which is the correct intercom to use on the street. 🤪 Once again I am so sorry that this has happened with you order. We would be happy to make a 50% discount code that you can use to recreate a gift with the correct address 😀 Please email us at hello@boomf.com if that would be useful. 💕
