“Having read some of the negative reviews I wasn’t sure if this would work, then having found a discount voucher on line I decided to give it a go. I needn’t have worried, the results were great and I would definitely buy this product again.”

“The cards were great as usual....but... I wanted to send a gift box to my sister in Warrington. But because I am currently in Spain, the system decided that I wanted to send something to Spain - a transaction on which jolly old Brexit has put the kybosh. I am British, with a British credit card, a billing address in the UK, and a delivery address in the UK. I went to Fortnum and Mason in the end. They said they cannot deliver to Spain, but they did allow me to deliver to Warrington with no problems at all. Don’t let your IT dictate your customer service. It should be the other way round!”
