“I ordered a boom card which was ment to come out in a block but I recived a pop up one which didn’t pop up properly and the confetti didn’t come out, it was for my dads birthday and was quite upset it didn’t work how I wanted it to”

“Ordered a card for my friends 30th and it still hasn't arrived. Considering these cards are quite expensive and everyone pays 1st class postage and I ordered it 6 days in advance and it STILL hasn't arrived is very poor.”
