“My first card arrived bent and then popped in my cupboard overnight. I emailed to ask for a replacement and was told it would be sent the next day, which was great, but I was then sent someone else’s 50th photo on my daughter’s 10th card! I emailed again to be told our card was due to arrive too, but that hasn’t come.”
