“From ordering to delivery excellent service. The sweet/ chocolate box brought a huge smile to the recipients and the comments about the chocolate have been some of the best they’ve tasted ... the sea salt chocolate covered pop corn huge hit ... thank you for helping me bring a big smile to the faces of those I love.”

“Took 2 days longer than anticipated. Missed the birthday.didnt even arrive day after birthday. Disappointed, especially as a previous order was very prompt.”

“Wanted to congratulate my friend on completing her law degree and thought sending a boomf card was perfect! Website was easy to navigate, lots of options and my friend was very surprised! Have promised her another one for her birthday!!”

“Great options. Great designs. Easy to customise. Dispatched/delivered on time. Creates brilliant reactions from the recipient and anyone nearby. Thoroughly recommended. One warning though - I sent a cannon card to wish good luck in your new home and the 3 year old in the family enjoyed it so much, he was gutted it couldn’t ‘go again’ - that’s not meant as a criticism - it was just that good!”

“I placed an order for 4 items within minutes of each other. 3 of them were despatched same day and the final item was despatched 1 working day later. This ruined the surprise. Orders should be shipped together, especially considering that the final order was literally around the corner from one of the other orders. I'm really not happy and I certainly won't be using this company again”

Thank you so much for your feedback. Due to the gifting nature of these we don't ship them together, but we are looking into ways to do this going forward. I am sorry to hear that though.

“The card arrived as I expected, however, there wasn’t a great deal of ‘booms’ when the card was opened....the confetti just spilled out and the box just fell to the floor...I was a little underwhelmed if honest.”
