such an annoying experience, it was over a month I wanted for a tiny little box that was so overpriced, I ordered it in time for my partners birthday even though it didn’t come on time. It was so hard tracking too. I also had problems connecting them via Instagram and email. I asked for a refund and I was able to get my money back but honestly not doing it again, terrible experience with a terrible company.

Emailed boomf as no gift received as per my prev review I immediately had a response and a card and the gift have been sent today. Thanks for the prompt response.

Received the card but not the jewellery I ordered. My granddaughter thought I had not bought her a gift. I have emailed requesting that it be sent ASAP. Let’s see what happpens.

I have ordered my card last week and it still hasn't arrived and i get a text off boomf saying the latest card will come will be August. I am hoping it will come next week but i am really sad about the whole confusion as i only wanted to make someones day due to the whole lockdown :(

Hi Nicola. I think there is a miscommunication with that as we format our dates as DD/MM/YYY. It would never take until August so please do let us know if we can help further with this! Thank you so much for choosing Boomf!

Sent a card way in advance for a 6 year olds birthday. She was sad because her birthday to Disney world had to be canceled because of the covid-19. Everyone sent her gifts and cards in the mail to brighten up her day. Mine never got to her. So very disappointed about this. They offered to send it again or give me free shipping on another item. I sent the gift, even though it'll be very late. They should have offered me a bit more than free shipping... I won't be using them again, unfortunately.

I ordered it back on February 4th for Valentine’s Day and evening paid extra for faster shipping. never received the card! it’s sad... I was really looking forward to this. not sure if it is a scam or something just happened to it in the mail.

I ordered mine for my grandsons 10 birthday as I couldn’t be with him on is special day due to corona virus lock down , had to email as no dispatch displayed when ordered , response was very quick and customer service very good and friendly , dispatch and delivery very good and quick and my grandson enjoyed his surprise, i well defiantly order again x

I have ordered twice and the cards never arrived. The first time they gave me a code to order a new card, then I gave it a second try but it disappointed me again. What is the point of ordering with enough time if you won't receive the card for the special occasion you wanted to?

this product was amazing!! exactly what it said on the advert, the pictures came out amazingly and the the card exploded exactly how it said it would!!! would give more than 5 stars if I could!! 1000% recommend

Pretty poor, the individual receiving has to rip the tab all the way off - and it is completely useless if (like me) you have an inquisitive recipient who pulls back the tab slowly and only half way - revealing the confetti sitting there, which they were then able to tip out and dispose of...!

Ordered on Feb 1 and to date, nothing has been received. Have emailed three times, with no response. Order 9AB42D5B Filing a complaint for fraud with BBB and my credit card company. Anything other than a refund notification, at this point, is smoke and mirrors and a scam. 1 star isn't even deserved.

Mrs sent me one of these for Valentines. Never arrived. When complaining she was told there was no number or street in the address. A quick check of the ordering system proves that it is impossible not to enter a street. And all they can do is offer a discount on another purchase. I think the system needs looking at as the Mrs is very sure she entered the street and number.

I am sorry to hear that. We are looking at ways we can target these errors (it is difficult due to shipping worldwide and there being a variety of different layouts for addresses) but at the moment it is reliant on our customers entering the correct and full address.

I ordered on January 28th, it’s March 5th and I still haven’t gotten my package. I have emailed but no answer. I do not recommend, if I could I would give it zero stars, I wish I read the reviews first.

Second time purchase.. Recipient was really surprised and gappy with her boomf cannon. Great fun and a nice touch for that special person in your life. Delivery is quick, I've usually ordered on a Saturday and delivery has been made by Tuesday, quality is good

Absolutely terrible service. No one has responded. My package never arrived. It’s been a month. This is a scam. They’re deleting multiple comments on their social media claiming the same experience.

I feel like it’s false advertisement!! The videos show that the animal pops up and confetti goes everywhere and that does not happen in person. When you open the card the confetti stays there and the animal barley pops up. They exaggerate in the videos where the animals pop up and go on the floor!! Don’t buy. I got two already and they were both the same .
