Love them. Ordered one for my aunt with a gift, one for my mum, one for my partners mum, and one for the family dog (she loves things that pop and that she can open- she found the confetti exciting and also loved the exploding boomf card very fun as well). Everyone has loved it so far. Will be getting one for my fiancée for her birthday this year as well. 😁 I definitely recommend for something fun and different, and they look cute on the side too as you can change the stock images to your own photos. 😁

Parcel finally in my daughters possession. 2days late. Latest excuse by customer rep Sarah. β€œ they like to get the delivery out early (7 days) to avoid any delays, Please do not treat customers like idiots! A simple mistake was made when YOU received the order do not try and WAFFLE we customers prefer the truth. Refund of postage not good enough 😑ruined a lovely birthday surprise then LIED, Not Good

Boomf bomb plus gift was ordered for delivery for my daughters 21st on the 6 th of April, they tried to deliver in 31 mar. People in all day so no excuse there. Parcel still undelivered today 8 th April. Customer service not replying, Happy to take the money not happy to service customers complaints.

Bought a card with gift for my daughters birthday for delivery on the 6 th of April and it has still not arrived. Definitely bad service, do not use NOT DELIVERED YET

Very disappointed that delivery options took so long and when the card eventually arrived it wasn’t able to stand up on its own when removed from the envelope. Not much confetti in the Cannon card and altogether an underwhelming experience. I don't consider this to be good value and was unpleasantly surprised to learn that postage/delivery costs are not included in the pricing.

The service was very fast. Quality of the photos on the marshmallows were not as clear as I expected. The advert makes it look like they would be 4K and they are more like 12 megapixel!

I sent the card to my grand daughter and my daughter videoed her opening it up. She literally jumped and laughed - they live a long way away from me and it was lovely to see her reaction. I will be ordering from you in the future.

The boomf I'd ordered for my dad's 70th came they day after his virtual afternoon tea, later than expected, I had received an email explaining the printer had broken and my order would be late, I understand it is out of their hands but I was still disappointed. Quality of the boomf was good and my dad enjoyed it the day after, I recorded and sent it to family and friends that were at the virtual afternoon tea.
