Good Morning Michael We dispatched your order on 29/11 from our warehouse as per the correspondence you would have received. At present, all carriers indicate that during the Christmas holiday period, deliveries may take longer than usual Australia-wide, due to increased volume. not impressed with boxes. Overpriced and not a great quality finish. I was shocked at what i received for the price.

You advised to order the shipper boxes but turns out that advice was incorrect. Now you refuse to exchange them. I’ve spent over 4.5k with you (plus issues along the way) so to say I am disappointed and upset is an understatement. I won’t be ordering from you going forward if this is the level service I receive.

Hi there According to Australia Posts notifications, the order was delivered on 13/01 and left in a safe place, we apologise you didn't receive the order and we're happy to help you out further. I looked at their measurements and it seemed fine based off the website, but in person the box is much bigger. I am guessing that the measurements online are inside of the box and don't include the actual box itself, which is a problem because the box is very thick and adds a lot of cms. stay away. bad service, I explained this and asked for a refund but was told no. now I'm left with $500 of boxes I can't use. Ridiculous... their website states that they understand it can be hard to order boxes online and to reach out if there's any issues which i did only to get a copy and paste reply of ACCC law. stay away, get from somewhere else that actually has measurements and actual service.
