The product looks great. Unfortunately the box it came in is wet, making some of the boxes wet and unusable, they are also bent. There needs to be better packaging.

Janette and Chantal did try hard to resolve my issue when a carton went missing from my order. I had to make another purchase of the item, which I understand on one hand, but as an ecommerce retailer myself, I would never ask a customer to do.

My box arrived damaged, it can clearly be seen from the package box I am also finding every few boxes have glue marks on them and magnetic lids not closing correctly.

Great service I bought the Hampton magnetic boxes and unfortunately they sides kept popping open the double sided tape didn’t hold very well. But I will give it another go as I said the service was fantastic.

I ordered some sample boxes which I am happy with however, an option for delivery should be placed upon check out rather than paying the delivery fee separately. It would be easier if a delivery or pick up option is provided upon check out to avoid confusion as well.

Hi We ordered a sample on 28th November and paid premium freight. It came Auspost Standard delivery pm 1st Dec. We use courier or express between Sydney-Melbourne all the time - it's usually overnight... maximum 2 days. Not 4 days. We ordered the rectangular magnetic hamper box Medium - received OK. we ordered the Postage Hamper Box to suit - Large Kraft - the Hamper box doesn't fit in this postage box. We note your discounts for bulk are very small - your competitors are offering 40% or more for orders upwards of 50. Letting you know. We already mentioned the problem with no phone service or other messaging or quick contact method. regards Rob Luck We already me

Received the small shirt boxes. There are no assembly instructions and it is not intuitive! I ruined two lids while trying but they look nice and are the right size for my product

Delivery of items was prompt. Unfortunately, a promised discount for signing up was not forthcoming. Repeated emails requesting a correction of the price charged by applying the promised discount were ignored.

Nice product but a little complicated to try and set up/put together. No instructions supplied which made things a little tricky.

unfortunately, i have not received the boxes it does appear Australia post delivered them but they may have been removed from my front door before i collected them. i am following it up but may need to reorder the samples

Magnetic boxes are good quality but needs more work with the stickiness to hold the box together

Disappointed because my sample box arrived without a lid. I am now waiting for a replacement however I had a timeline for a project which is now delayed. Will still consider using Boxfox and I appreciate that mistakes happen.
