Hi, I have received this feedback review but I have not received the product I purchased yet! So I cannot comment on the questions below.

Ordering process was simple and the website easy to navigate however more delivery options need to be provided - it’s been 12 days since placing my order and I am still waiting for it as only standard delivery with Australia Post was offered.

Delivery was fast however the boxes were slightly damaged when received and the magnets to seal the carton do not work/are missing on the first 30 Hampers boxes we have used... but otherwise an ok experience.

Nice looking boxes but unfortunately the come apart as the sticky tabs do not hold.

Order Placed 17 August tracked order to be delivered 31 August only to have it returned incorrect address. Never recieved a phone call or email to correct the problem .

I paid express post and it definately didn’t arrive express....sat in Yarra Glen for 4 days alone, it will be a week since I placed my order soon....

We then forward to the carrier which you chose on check out being Australia Post (not express delivery as you mentioned) which at present state that your item/s may take longer to arrive than usual due to the pandemic and the lead up to Christmas. Shipped out within a day but I suggest you Change postal service. One week and still no delivery or scan update since picked up. I am only 25 minutes away.
