"If I can strongly reccomend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - This company are a bunch of scammers selling bad broken products, I wish I could attach screenshots on how they've clearly ignored my situation, and will now say my product isnt under warranty, as the scammers they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THE BOX! \r\n\r\nDetails from my purchase, I bought a 1200 pound gaming laptop after my first purchase with them broke I tried again, and my new one broke, I didnt want them to fix it, I wanted my money back as this was the second time they sold me a faulty broken product that broke under a month over playing extremely simple games like DOTA, Warcraft etc. - I requested they give me my money back and they have completely ghosted me and arent willing to help out in any way as you can see in my screenshot below, just straight up ignored, no fucks given.\r\n\r\nI again repeat, these are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM BOK UK."
