“Very happy with quick dispatch of item, product arrived via Royal Mail with no damage, satisfied with the service. Had no problems with the product so far but guidelines to reporting issues are straightforward and comprehensive.”

“Very quick and efficient between ordering and delivery of printer that I purchased. Emailed box.co.uk to ask a question about claiming an offer associated with product, the team were again very quick and responsive and the return email helped solved the matter for me. “I researched the right house alarm for me, found it, Yale telecommunicating easy fit, then went looking for the right price. I found Box.co.uk and to be honest was concerned as the price seemed too good to be true.... BUT I took a chance and ordered, I couldn't be happier, the product was delivered promptly to a collect point (so no delivery cost) and although they stuck a further 2% on for using my credit card, it was well worth it! Can't recommend high enough the product or Box.co.uk, in fact my friends are already hearing about it.”

“Hi. Firs time use of your services which I found very good all round but sadly it was slightly tarnished by the fact that the linksys wireless adaptor I purchased as part of my ac wireless package is useless to me. Linksys state it works on windows 8 however fail to state that if you have installed the update to 8.1 this device may not work which in my case it does not, I contacted linksys support regarding the issue but even though they are aware of the problem they were not much help and just told me to look out for updates. so I'm stuck with having to lose my money on that and purchase a suitable wireless USB adaptor which I'm not happy about. Thank you”
