“I am in the middle of a time critical sale due to emigrating abroad...the team at BPL could not be more helpful and communicative. They answer very email promptly and professionally, yet also give me a real sense of dealing with individuals who care. I was advised not to use an "on line firm"....that advice could not have been more wrong and I am highly grateful that I chose BPL. I would definately recommend them to anyone.”

“Looking and comparing prices for a solicitor, we decided to use bpl solicitors, they wasn't the cheapest yet wasn't the dearest but they seemed to offer a lot more then several other company's. Once contacting them it was within a quick response and the ball was rolling towards our new home, every question we asked bpl solicitors answered within a few hours, we couldn't have faulted anything wrong with the guys working to get us the keys to our next step into the future,I would like to say a massive Thankyou to everyone at bpl for going over and beyond to help us with the purchase of my home, I would highly recommend bpl solicitors who's looking for a solicitor. “Good work done on both sale and purchase transactions. Liaised with Ryan Hemming who was always quick to respond. No issues overall - some delays with the bank, but that was not BPL's fault, so overall a good experience at a reasonable price.”

“My designated Solicitor and her team were friendly, approachable and very professional. I was updated regularly during my sale, both by the Milestone update system and by personal emails, and always recieved an answer to my questions. It is above the call of duty to spend nearly two hours trying to sort out a legal problem late on a Friday afternoon to facilitate an exchange of contracts but this was completed with patience and good humour. The service the team provided felt personal and was very efficient. I have recommended bpl to friends and colleagues and will use the firm again when I am ready to purchase - I hope I can get the same team. Great work, Thank you.”

“We have used bpl for 3 deals now and they have all gone very smoothly and very professionally. We have brought and sold a lot of property in our lives and bpl is no different that a High St conveyancer, just much cheaper. We also appreciate the clear and constant communication from them so you always know where the deal is in the buy/sell process.”
