“I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their efficiency, communication and the ease of dealing with BPL. After being advised by friends, family and advisers to use a local solicitor, I was initially put off by using a company not on our doorstep. I couldn’t have been more wrong, using BPL was far easier than our first move, and the previous solicitor was 5 minutes down the road. The communication being my main concern was not an issue, I regularly received email updates and correspondence and all paperwork was sent through a free of charge freepost address. The main positive, the financial saving by using BPL as oppose to a local solicitor was huge! Thank you for all your hard work! Alex & Chrissy”

“This was my third try at selling my house. The first two were with another solicitors from Wales. I chose them because they had got an award from the Times. This time was so different phone up and someone answers and deals with your question.Then there is the milestone updates for your progress. I could write lots more about how bad the first lot were but I won't. Bpl took away my stress of selling because of the very professional way they act for you no lies about calling you back or doing something.Thank you Stephanie and Team.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Found the firm online. Thought we would go with them as they were competitively priced -unfortunately to our detriment. Poor communication throughout. Had to leave multiple messages before anyone got back to us. The conveyancer in charge of our case did not once have the courtesy to speak to us directly- it was always one of the junior members of the team that eventually called us back. There was no forward movement with our case. I had to call the sellers solicitors myself. I had to prompt them on area searches etc. To ensure they got done. Because of how long the process took our mortgage offer expired. I had to speak to the managing director before anything started happening. Overall an awful experience. Took more than 6 months to complete. A complete shambles of a law firm. If I could leave zero stars I would.”
