“I found the team under Annemarie very helpful and courteous i.e. Steph and Emma were always helpful and responsive. We managed to complete on the planned target date which was not helped by a slow vendor and traditional solicitor. It was a pleasure to deal with BPL and I would recommend them to others. The timetable was driven by the need to avoid the increase in stamp duty and hence a lot of personal effort was needed to move the process along. At no point did I get the impression that my repeated calls were unwelcome and I appreciate the efforts they made. Well done and thanks to BPL! Mike Jervis”

“Very good service generally .. all emails answered, in effect, by return.. Only slight down, on occasions the process slowed down and I emailed to find out why .. would have been better had I been informed before I need to query . Would have no hesitation using BPL again”
