“I'm very happy with my purchase. I got everything installed (I hope correctly) today and it all fit and the brakes seemed to work, at least in my garage. I haven't had a chance to get out on the road yet, but I'm sure it will be OK. I especially liked the option of the stainless steel pistons. I'm not sure they are necessary, but for a few dollars more, they seemed worthwhile. One suggestion: In some places in your videos, the technician's hand blocks the view of the parts he's talking about--maybe those scenes could be re-shot.”

“Everything arrived very quickly. The quality of the parts seem excellent. The only complaint is that some of the tiny rubber washers that fit between the two halves of the calipers have some flashing on them. I don’t think it will cause any problems, but it caused a bit of concern for me. I will definitely order from them again.”

“I had problems with the correct identification of brake rebuild kits for my 1978 Kawasaki Z1R 1000 but we got it worked out. they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I would purchase again for sure”

“I order the brakes for make motorcycle on Amazon. The Amazon ad said they would fit my bike. The Amazon ad was worry and I received the wrong brakes. Contacted Brakecrafters, they confirmed the ad was wrong apologised everthough it wasn't their fault. They immediately sent me the correct brakes and included all the packaging to easily return the wrong ones. Also the customer service person was as sweet as could be.”
