“Being a back yard mechanic I jumped a little ahead about brake rebuild kits. I need to contact you again about pistons for my 98 Valkyrie. I feel that my pistons need to be replaced also. Service on line was great will need some more help soon to finish up my bike. Thanks.”

“Even though I received the wrong parts, as soon as I contacted them it was solved. I received the correct part in 2 days and a return tag to send back the wrong part. We are all human and prone to mistakes but their customer service to correct the mistake was excellent.”

“I ordered thru brake crafters, and the site was easy to maneuver. Product came on time. Unfortunately, the size of the seals were not quite exact. One thing I did like , break crafters, took the parts back without any question and offered to find the right ones. I would shop there again thanks.”
