“Absolutely the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. From the 1st contact of the representative on down to the technician. Jaime set an example in service. The price was cheaper than a lot of discount chains. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to friends and family as well as clients.”

“I would rate 10 starts if I could! Rob was awesome! He arrived early, was very polite, and walked me through everything he was doing. Most mechanics just TELL you what’s wrong with your car, but Rob took the time to SHOW me everything he was concerned about. I never once felt like he was trying to upsell me or pressure me into buying a repair I didn’t need. This is an A+ service and I would recommend to anybody looking to get their brakes fixed!”

“Brakes to go was great! The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He text me when he arrived and when my truck was ready for review. He took the time to show me the cause of the issue and made recommendations to prevent further damage. Replaced both front and rear brakes.”

“What a great company!!! Honest and reliable as the day is long! Rob did an amazing job with our Jeep. Pretty quick service too. A fast check on what was wrong with the brakes. Discussed what options we had to fix. An hour or less for the job to be completed. Price for new brakes was less than any brick and mortar or car dealership. Especially, a dealership.”

“First of all.... Thank you! I happened upon Brakes to Go by accident, disturbed with the price that my Honda dealer offered for brake replacement that doubled from previous years, I turned to Google to find an alternative. Boy I’m glad I did! Research I did extensively and found Brakes to Go. I felt comfortable with what I found upon reading and more so when I called to further my inquiry. I’m a woman, so apprehension was at the forefront and thinking this has got to be too good to be true - finding a company that not only has a fare price, knowledgeable but is honest as well and helpful without being pretentious or unprofessional. From the start I was treated great though I probably drove the tech crazy with my constant inquiries and my nature of past experiences rising repeatedly, never was I disrespected. The rear brakes were done Dec. 2018 and the front along with the fluid change done April 28th, 2020. Both times I was treated honestly and the job was done well and efficiently. The cost? Excellent! I boast constantly to everyone I come in contact with who finds challenges with finding a reputable company to do business with, that Brakes to Go without a doubt delivers exactly what ones hopes to find. You guys ROCK! Thanks again Wishing you continued success!”

“I had the brake booster replaced on my Ford Edge. My technician, Jamie, showed up on time and was very professional. I was told by other establishments that the job would take approximately 4-5 hours, Jamie was done in about two hours and went above and beyond. These guys know what they're doing.”
