“The representative was very informative and stated the what and why of the procedure needing to be done. He was quick and the overall price was fairly great compared to local shops near me. My brakes work great and help with crazy highway drivers. Very grateful for the service, especially of not having to leave my home and being able to work without taking off any time.”

“Brakes to go was what they say very easy just wait at home and they come to you with the parts for your vehicle. Price was better than the shops.”

“Brakes to you was referred by me to my sister. She called and paid 600$ for repairs and the brake booster went out again after 45 days, they used a rebuilt brake booster. Be aware people they are using substandard parts for brake repair which could cause injury or death to the car owner. The warranty was up 15 days prior to the incident, and my sister was hurt because of them. Don’t use them unless you fully understand the parts you are getting is substandard rebuilt parts. They lost all of us. The whole family and then to add insult to injury act like you don’t care! Never again!”

“Just phoned Bakers to go manager, horrible attitude, terrible manners for a man doing his job. I was told the entertainment that was in the brochure would be supplied. However, what is made to look foolish with my friends as I had booked the holiday and told them that Christian was there Tonight as that was why we booked the holiday cost £189 when asked if he would compensate as we did not get what we paid for and had been assured of my one of his girls on the phone on Tuesday. they said they couldn’t trace their calls as too many people call so I was more or less called a liar. I would not put with this lot again.”

“Best experience I've ever had getting brake work done on my truck. After trying twice to go thru dealership, being told it would take two days to diagnose, then another two to complete, I heard about Brakes To Go and gave them a try. So glad I did. Made an appointment (easy and professional), then Tech arrived timely, allowed me to hang around and watch/learn, diagnosed the problem and fixed in a couple of hours. Cost me less than what the dealership would have charged. Good people, great service.”

“We went with Brakes To Go because they use quality parts and do the job for less than the dealer and most other shops. We had a lower quote from someone else, but Brakes To Go calmly explained the reason the other quote was lower was they were proposing lower quality parts (brake pads and rotors). I did the research and verified. We had a great experience with Brakes to Go in Austin. They were very communicative during the quoting process and answered all of our questions. The technician arrived on time and completed the job in about the amount of time quoted. No surprises.”

“Had all 4 rotors & pads replaced. Could not have been easier or more convenient. They come to you! Had a quote and appointment within 24 hours of asking. Tech was right on time and was done in less than an hour. He explained everything he needed to do and gave me firm pricing, including tax, before he started any work. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.”

“This was so easy and cost effective! I sent a summary of issues, got an estimate based upon that, scheduled appointment, technician came to house and verified. He then fixed in my driveway which may have taken 45 minutes. So seamless, highly recommend.”

“Highly recommend! Very professional and trustworthy. Brakes To Go came to check my brakes and said I could wait a little bit to change brakes in the back. I was going for a big trip around the country so I chose to change them anyway. It’s the second time that they offered to wait, which makes me feel like they’re not just after my money and that I can trust them. Will call them again for my next brake repair for sure!”

“This was a great experience. The scheduling was easy. The associate was at my home on time. He was very knowledgeable. I was explained what needed to be done with my car. pricing was explained thoroughly as well. The service was quick and thorough. Above all, it was soooo convenient! Prices are average as well. “This business is awesome, great customer service! Tim came to my house early Monday morning with a smile and outstanding attitude. He checked all my brakes, was honest, showed me the wore out front pads, explained the issue and in no time fixed my brakes.”

“My mother was in the hospital and my rear brakes started grinding on my way back and forth to the hospital. I did not have time to schedule an appt while helping her. I heard about brakes to go on the radio and called on a Thursday morning at 7:30 and didn’t think they would get it completed until the next day or week, but to my surprise they had an appt same day at 8:30. They came to the parking lot and replaced the rear brakes and rotors by 9:30am the same day at a very competitive price. That was the best service and most convenient work I have ever experienced with a car repair especially when I didn’t have time to take it somewhere else. I will be using them from now on.”
