“This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a service. From booking to completion was less than 24 hours. The tech met me at my home, handled the inspection and repairs with professionalism, and was done with the process in less than an hour. My brakes are safe and reliable now and were done at a fair price. 5 stars!”

“I'd to express my sincerest gratitude for the excellent service Justin provided during my recent brake service. He took the time to explain the issues with my brakes and rotors and I appreciated his honesty about the necessary repairs. Providing me with an honest assessment of the situation and presenting me with a range of options to fit my budget. The pricing was also incredibly reasonable. Overall, the service was top-notch. “Extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. I have a very busy schedule so I had to schedule the appointment at my workplace. The day they came out it was rainy outside and a bit miserable but they got there early clearly showed me what the issue was and had everything up and running within the next hour or so. Very professional I would recommend them it was very convenient to have them come to me instead of trying to find time to take my car into a shop.”

“I recently used Brakes to Go for brake work on my car, and I had a great experience with them. The scheduling process was easy thanks to their online system, and they promptly emailed me the estimate. When I asked to add a brake fluid flush, they updated the estimate without any hassle. The technician, Tim, was fantastic. He texted me when he was on his way, including a link with a map showing his truck's location. When he arrived, he explained that he would perform an inspection to see if the work I requested was needed. He patiently answered all my questions and provided a clear understanding of the process. Later on, Tim texted me when the inspection was complete and confirmed my brake pads and fluid needed replacement. He then performed the repairs, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Throughout the process, Tim kept me updated on the progress and let me know when he was done and had my invoice ready. It was nice to get these process updates, and I appreciated Tim's attention to detail. The work was done quickly and efficiently, taking a little over an hour, and there were no surprise charges. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team. The convenience of working from home during the entire service was a huge plus. I didn't have to waste any time driving somewhere and waiting, and I could keep working at my own job during the entire service. I was only minimally interrupted to move the process along. Overall, I had a great experience with Brakes to Go, and I will definitely use them again for any brake work I need in the future.”
