“I ordered a bra on 8/2/19. On 8/3 I rec'd an e-mail that the product was on back-order and it would be 4-6 weeks. It instructed me to e-mail or call if I wanted to cancel. On 8/4, I e-mailed. Being that it was a Sunday, I assume they rec'd the e-mail on Monday. Did not hear a word. So on or about the 8th, I called. I was informed that the product had shipped although they couldn't tell me when but that I should receive it by the 15th. Today is the 15th, I called and they informed me the product had shipped on the 5th and I should receive it by tomorrow, 8/16. Tonight I rec'd an e-mail informing me that my product had shipped TODAY! I have no idea if I like the bra or not as it is somewhere other than here. What I don't like are the lies they told me. Even if I love the bra, I will not be doing business with this company again.”

“Placed an order a week ago. Have not received confirmation on shipping so I called and they told me that my item was on back order. I never received any notification letting me know. she told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks which means I wouldn’t receive my item for at least 8 to 10 weeks. Needless to say I’m frustrated because I was hoping to have my bra for my vacation . I will not be ordering from this company again. That’s what you get when you take a chance of trusting these websites. Terrible”

“I ordered a bra and underwear over $50 and never had the bra sent to me I called customer service and it was shipped the last thing I needed to know is if someone else toke it.”

“I have bought several bras from this company and in the past have been satisfied. However, I ordered a bra recently and received an email saying it was on back order up to four weeks. I waited four weeks and then called customer service and was told they still didn’t have the bra in my color and could cancel the order. I asked if they had. It in a different color-they did. OK can you just send me one in that color? No, we only have a few and someone may order them while we’re talking. Huh! OK but I paid for the bra a month ago shouldn’t I come first? Apparently not as they wouldn’t send me the different color. So I cancelled the order, went on amazon and ordered and received the original color bra in a few days! Needless to say brayola has lost me as a customer.”

“The bra I received did not fit and in my opinion, wasn't made with quality materials. I returned it following all the instructions. I paid a total of $40.70. My refund was $28.71. By the time shipping, tax and the charge for the return label was deducted, I lost $11.99 on this deal. Ladies...don't take the chance that the bra won't fit. Go to Kohls or Macy's and try it on. Their return policy is better too. You won't lose money if you do that.”
