Tighter than other bras of the same size

Poor fit, rides high on back. Cup size okay, but bra was just as tight as my lower size.

Bra I ordered is too big, need to return it. They said they have to get back to me with a return label.

It has now been over a month since I returned two bras and I still have not received credit on my Visa even though I have provided tracking information twice. This certainly will make me think twice about ordering from tour company again or referring you to anyone else.

I would give this site a better review but it's going on 3 weeks since I returned the bra's and I'm still waiting for the refund! The bras I ordered were ok, but they did not stretch at all, they either fit or they don't!

It took several days for you to answer my email; in fact I had to send it twice. Then I was bombarded with emails of what to do. I had to enter what I had ordered on a sheet; why didn't you already know? Your return process is more cumbersome than any others. I now have it ready to return and have written the number on the outside of the box too. You're supposed to know your customers and not make them jump through so many hoops to make a return.

Hi Susan, Our customer service is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (EST) and your first email was on Friday at 7pm which was out of our operating hours. Someone responded to you first thing on Monday morning. We are sorry your expectations were not meant. We are a marketplace, which is why we manually send out returns information as the address can differ depending on which supplier we use.

Don't try them on! I was accused of wearing a bra when I didn't even remove the tags. I returned several that I didn't like or that didn't fit after just a quick try on. Then I had to call after several weeks to inquire about my refund and was only given a partial refund. They say that I had worn a bra when I never even removed the tags. They have refused my refund even after my dispute. They couldn't even tell me which bra was worn. The second person I spoke to was very short with me. And told me that I left a scent or soil on the bra but couldn't tell me which it was. I don't wear perfume and was not dirty! Not sure I'll do business again!

I have breasts that tend to be on the outside of my rib cage and because of that need that extra something on the sides. This did not offer enough support on the sides under my armpits to be effective. I just "splatted". I really wanted this to work. It needs way more strength in the elastic for my body type.

the strips was not long enough even when it was adjusted as far as they would go.I have ordered bra's before on line so it was not the size it is the way it was made

I bought a brayola bra and 2 felina.. the felinas are going strong and i wear them way more often. the front close brayola popped both wires within 3 months. it became uncomfortable to wear without actually removing them which makes the bra not so good anymore. it was a front close back racer back which i thought would hold up better. and it has only been gentle washed / bag hand washed

I bought several bras on sale and when I needed to exchange them, the only option was to return them. So I contacted customer service, asking them to send the correct size, honoring the sale price. NO ANSWER! I will never buy anything from this company again.

On the same day I ordered 3 bras from Brayola, and 2 bras from TRUE. True package was much better. Their padded envelope was large, their marketing sticker and materials within were fun & classy and they included a pre-printed ReturnSlip AND another waterproof envelope in case I had a return. One True bra didn't fit, but their return was FREE. All 3 Brayola bras (Bali, all same size as True order) did not fit. But I had to go find a large envelope, make a trip to UPS and PAY to return Brayola merchandise. Sorry. Won't shop Brayola again.

The sizing was so far off that I sent the bras back for a full refund. the only thing that saved my review from being the worst is that you are being responsive to my return...though I haven't yet gotten the credit.

I always wear Playtex bra's, but this one was at least 3 inches smaller around than my regular ones. I have not resolved my return yet. How do I return with the small label emailed to me?

This bra is ok. Runs a bit small. I normally wear a 46H I ordered a 48 H and it’s a bit snug. I haven’t wore it yet, just tried it on.
