Label said it was the correct size of 36DDD, but it was TOO tight and the elastic was very uncomfortable.

I ordered 2 different styles. The sizes were 44’s but the cups were supposed to be A’s. They were entirely to large...more like B’s or C’s.

I have always worn a 34B. So when I placed my ordered for a 34B that was what I was expecting to get. Unfortunately the 34 A/B is very small, and extremely snug. I do love the design of the bra, and I will order a 34C next time!

I asked for 2-problems w/my order. The rep only addressed one of them. Also, your company policy to NOT INCLUDE a sales slip w/ordered items is what will make me hesitant to order from Brayola again. I also never received an e-mail with the order details such as items ordered, amount charged/to which payment method, order#...etc. Please re-consider these policies.

Hi Kathleen, I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service. Firstly, we sent automatic emails with all order details and confirmation straight away, as well as emailing you with tracking information when an item has been shipped. Please check your spam folder, as because of the nature of our products some email services can put us automatically in spam. Secondly in the emails, we pre-warn you there is no paperwork. The reason for this is because we use lots of suppliers, as Brayola is a marketplace. It is much easier and hassle free to not have paperwork, as well as saving the environment with unnecessary print outs, when you can have an emailed copy. If you have any questions, please do let us know as every bit of feedback is important to us :)

I bought a bra from the site and none of my tracking info was ever available until it was delivered. We have had issues in our town with people stealing packages from door steps so knowing when somethings coming is important to me. I got the bra and it didn't fit so I immediately went online and the website didn't offer any help. I had to call customer service again. The lady was sweet but I'm still stuck waiting for my return information and how to return. It's irritating for someone who's previous bra busted and no longer has one and stores do not carry my G cup size!

We've just sent you the return information now. We work with one particular supplier, who can take up to 24 hours to give us the RMA. We really do apologize for the inconvenience of this. ibaent in my measurements and to double check I went to Penningtons to try out your advice. You were way off. In your defence it is not easy to suggest a size without visual confirmation. You recommended 48H. I am only a 48 C. Thanks for trying. But your selections are not good for either sizes

My order arrived incomplete. When I emailed to ask where the remainder was the answering email said they would check with the warehouse. I've not heard anything further.

I contacted company stating I had not recieved package. Not conted back in a tiely manner. Also when asked if I wanted refundedor reshipped... it should have been shipped to me quickly or overnighted. I am still waiting on my package. Ridiculousness!!

The bras I ordered were 10.00 a piece and I was charged that but when I received them the tags that were attached said 7.99. That seems a bit dodgy I wasn’t “charged” for shipping but my math says I paid 2.01 each for shipping! Something just isn’t right about this

i received order confirmation but no shipping confirmation when I requested shipping confirmation, customer service only repeated the order confirmation. I still don't know if my order has shipped not when it might arrive.

I ordered items on May 1st. Still have not received them. I keep getting they are in the mail. Where are they coming from slow boat from China? I would never order from them again.

Good idea: requesting a selfie of one's current bra-fit. But there was no packing list in the box I received. When I tried on the 2 bras I bought, one didn't fit at all; the other was an "almost." Brayola agreed that I should send another photo, but I was busy. So they closed my return ticket. I emailed to say I still needed to return the bras, and they answered with yet a third number. I had to phone to find out which number to put on my return package. I won't use Brayola again.

Did not receive my order after 10 days so contacted Brayola. Customer service was adequate in returning my call, however, apparently one item not available and never was processed. She did have my order reprocessed and I haven't received it yet. Feel this should have been caught sooner and I shouldn't have had to wait so long for my order if and when it comes.

Well I knew better then to buy a Bra without first trying it on. Somewhat over priced, the bra looked pretty but the fabric doesn't have a soft thred in it!
