I wear an unusual and hard-to-find size (32D) and thought I’d try out something I haven’t seen in stores - ordered 2, neither worked, accidentally got them switched in boxes sending them back (going with the numbers on the outside) - one of the companies figured it out and is supposed to send it to me to return to the other company, but I will probably have to eat the expense of at least one of the bras - this isn’t proving to be a very useful practice for me.

I have had a hard time reaching your people. I finally got a phone number and will call soon.. Some one was going to call me and got the times of East coast and Az. switched.. so of course that didn’t work.. Thank you at least for knowing I exist...

The bra I wanted was out of stock months ago (I wanted 3), they DID notify me when they were back in stock, but they ony had one, which meant I had to pay shipping, making the 22.00 (on sale price 27.00. I checked out another site & found the same bra for 19.99 free shipping. Now they have lost a customer, because to that, & it taught me to Google first to see if I can get a better price. I dountit this will be posted as of what I said, but at least they read it & may step up their game.

i have emailed Several times stating that I never Received my bras. No one has called me back. The tracking says it was delivered but I didnt get it.

I asked for 2-problems w/my order. The rep only addressed one of them. Also, your company policy to NOT INCLUDE a sales slip w/ordered items is what will make me hesitant to order from Brayola again. I also never received an e-mail with the order details such as items ordered, amount charged/to which payment method, order#...etc. Please re-consider these policies.

Hi Kathleen, I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service. Firstly, we sent automatic emails with all order details and confirmation straight away, as well as emailing you with tracking information when an item has been shipped. Please check your spam folder, as because of the nature of our products some email services can put us automatically in spam. Secondly in the emails, we pre-warn you there is no paperwork. The reason for this is because we use lots of suppliers, as Brayola is a marketplace. It is much easier and hassle free to not have paperwork, as well as saving the environment with unnecessary print outs, when you can have an emailed copy. If you have any questions, please do let us know as every bit of feedback is important to us :)

We do have three ways to contact us, via email support@brayola.com , to call 1.888.978.8723 and through our online chat on our site. I wear a 14W dress. I ordered this in a 2X. There was NO WAY I could get this up over my KNEES!! Even if I had, there would have been such an indentation where the legs stopped, I would never have been able to wear it with anything but a full skirt.

Thank you Brayola for a pretty well- fitting bra. Shopping with you was easy and convenient. This was my first purchase with you and my first Vanity Fair bra. I was dubious about the whole process but pleasantly surprised. The size suggested by you was spot on. The bra is attractive and extremely comfortable. I am limited to front closing bras due to disability. This one hit the mark. It arrived quickly. The correct size and color was delivered. I couldn't be more pleased with my transaction. Thank you!

I have not bought anything from Brayola as yet. I would like my question answered tho re: I am wearing a size 44i but it seems too big as I have to pull straps ALL the way up til I can't pull anymore! Should I perhaps go back to an H or HH? I also can't rate quite yet since I have not bought any products from you as yet! So I will leave it at a 5 til I do buy from you cause I have nothing to rate!

Customer Service was responsive but the product arrived with no paperwork, packing list, etc. They sent an email saying there would be no paperwork and if I had any questions or wanted to return the item, to contact them. I did contact them, they gave me instructions on how to return but still a little strange. The bra was supremely uncomfortable and grossly overpriced as I saw it some place else for half the price. The fact that their pop-up ads are on FB probably gets them a lot of business they would not otherwise get . I hope they refund my money.

I know little to nothing about your company... just what an email displayed about women's bras... asked for catalog to be sent via post mail, so I can check out the designs, etc. & place an order, but was told there was none to be had. I can't see a reason to continue contact, so please unsubscribe me.

You should be able to exchange not have to send back which cost $10 on top of the price of the bra and then order another one to get your money's worth and back.
