“The service was good arrived quickly, my bra's did not fit. I have the return in progress now and I am sure it go well. I will be shopping with them again, I am going to get a professional fitting to be sure and get the proper size for the best fit! I am a full figure girl so it is hard getting the size needed! I have trouble with the shoulder strap being long enough!!”

“I did receive a quick response on how to return my item. Now I will wait to see how fast the refund arrives. Otherwise the bra that I kept Bali style # 3385 I am very happy with. I am reluctant to order again as the same bra that I returned cost less here in Canada”

“I ordered two bras, butI had to return my order. Two bras...that's it. They came to me in a huge box, so I used the same box to return them, then they could have easily fit into a box much smaller. Due to the SIZE of the box, NOT the weight, I was charged over $11.00 postage...nearly the cost of one of the bras. Very disappointed. Thought I would reorder, but probably will not.”

“ibaent in my measurements and to double check I went to Penningtons to try out your advice. You were way off. In your defence it is not easy to suggest a size without visual confirmation. You recommended 48H. I am only a 48 C. Thanks for trying. But your selections are not good for either sizes”
