I've been having a hard time finding the correct bra size this bra does the trick on giving me the support I need.

I ordered about one month ago and I am still waiting. No notice about the delay in my order like other orders. They send me email to confirm and let me know when to expect my order. Nothing from you people until I emailed.

i received my primmadonna and freya bras in a timely manner. simple directions once i was responded to. i just wish i could click for return slip. done.

I received a very good service from your company but, and it's a big but, your return policy is horrible. Most vendors I purchased from, via internet, had a free return policy. All of them sent you a return "stamp". Buying clothing on the internet is risky because you never know if it will fit and very often we have to send back. I think that you should acknowledge that and at least help with the return cost. Because of that, I will not order from you anymore because it will cost me too much to return the item. I will make sure to tell anybody who wants to buy from you that they pretty dam make sure they order the right size because it will cost them a lot more then the original purchase. Thank you

While I really had a difficult time with my order, but in the end, I am very satisfied with my merchandise; however, I still have items that were backordered and I have not received them-also, I would recommend that when items are NOT available, you need to contact us immediately and let us know. Your customers should not have to contact your customer service to find this out. I love the items I have received and they fit perfectly. I am just really disappointed that I had to contact customer service numerous times to find out where my order was and to get a tracking number on my shipment which also took a long time to get to me.

I waited over a week after I placed my order to inquire about the status of my order. I understand that one bra is on back order but had received no information on the one that was in stock. When I inquired about the status of my order they said they would send out the one that was in stock right away. I still don't know know if the one has been sent out as I have still not received any tracking information. The money has been taken out of my account but I still don't know the status of my order.

I did not realize when I ordered that most of the bra's I ordered were not padded and did not have the under wire. They still fit nicely and the price was right.

I have texted you telling you the bra does not fit. I have been waiting on a return slip to mail it back. Please look into this when you can. I need a bra by Bali that is slightly padded, white 44 B wireless. It looks like it might be the Bali Comfort Revolution! You an send me this bra , charge it to my account and I will send this one back for a refund from my account. Thanks

Brayola's return policy is not user-friendly and will prevent me from making future purchases. Other internet companies offer an easier return method and less a less restricting return policy. I will be unsubscribing from future emails from Brayola.

First of all I love the price and secondly the customer service is excellent. I had received only 1 Bra out of my order and sent an email to Brayola telling them I was missing my second Bra. Within 48 hours I received the missing Bra. I am very satisfied and will come back as a customer.

I ordered 7 bras! Really liked the two that I kept. I was disappointed that right after I put my order in they went on sale for $19.99 from $33. I wish they had more of a selection in sizes and colors for big busted women w a DDD cup! But if their is another sale soon I will order more.

It took several days for you to answer my email; in fact I had to send it twice. Then I was bombarded with emails of what to do. I had to enter what I had ordered on a sheet; why didn't you already know? Your return process is more cumbersome than any others. I now have it ready to return and have written the number on the outside of the box too. You're supposed to know your customers and not make them jump through so many hoops to make a return.

Hi Susan, Our customer service is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (EST) and your first email was on Friday at 7pm which was out of our operating hours. Someone responded to you first thing on Monday morning. We are sorry your expectations were not meant. We are a marketplace, which is why we manually send out returns information as the address can differ depending on which supplier we use.
