I placed an order which was confirmed via email. Afull mos later I had not received a notice of shipment or the product. I contacted customer service who promptly responded and the order was shipped immediately. I appreciate them quickly solving the problem

it has been a month since placed my irder, August 16th, it was shipped Aug. 18th. It is now Sept. 17th and i still do not have my order. Shipping sucks and i will not be ordering again..

I wish I had know that the bra did not have any padding before I bought it. I do like the fact that the straps don't fall off my shoulders, though.

On the same day I ordered 3 bras from Brayola, and 2 bras from TRUE. True package was much better. Their padded envelope was large, their marketing sticker and materials within were fun & classy and they included a pre-printed ReturnSlip AND another waterproof envelope in case I had a return. One True bra didn't fit, but their return was FREE. All 3 Brayola bras (Bali, all same size as True order) did not fit. But I had to go find a large envelope, make a trip to UPS and PAY to return Brayola merchandise. Sorry. Won't shop Brayola again.

After ordering for a second time, my postal service failed to deliver my package. I contacted customer service to see what my options would be. We made sure the address was correct, and talked about my options once the package returned to them. This being my second time ordering, I know it's my postal carrier. The customer service has been great.

Liked you product just didn't fit don't like not having free returns so will probably shop where I can get it free shipping both ways

I had a bit of a problem with my bra order because I ordered 2 bras of the same size from the same company (Elomi) and the band on one bra was 2” smaller than the other. Customer service has been working with me to resolve the problem and either send me a replacement or refund my purchase price. So far, I’m as happy as I can be in a difficult situation.

Customer Service advised me that they made a mistake in letting me know the bra I wanted was back in stock, when it really was not. Actually advised me to pre-pay for the bra so when it came in, I would receive it. Now why would I pay for something when there was no ETA on receipt for pre-payment?
