the bra I wanted was on sale but you did not have my size and was informed you would let me know when you had it. You did but I was denyed the sale price. Most stores would have honored the sale price but not soon this case. So I will take my business elsewhere.

The website wouldn't accept my address. I emailed my order asking them to get back to me for my credit info and didn't getva response yet. I'll go to the store and buy my bras, it was a good buy but to frustrating. I won't bother again.

The best bra that I have worn in 30+ years. I have a bicycle injury that makes my right shoulder droop. ALL my other bras's straps fell off my right shoulder, not this bra. I don't even have to think about it anymore. THANK YOU!!!!

My oroiginal order was lost in the mail...All I did was cal customer service...very few questions and within 3 days..the replacement order arrived on my door step You went out of your way to please me.. Thank you from Canada

I placed an order, next day the bra went on sale for 20% off. I wrote to cs to make it right-the reply was the sale had end by the time the reply got to me-it was a weekend sale and I had used a 5% discount code already. Two days later the same bra was offered for 25% off-they lost me as a customer!

I kept one out of three purchase's. One thing that I found very frustrating was the support@brayola.com..... I took it as a website NOT an email...SO it was my fault for not reading and understanding, and I bet MANY of your customers do this mistake also. I called and got recordings the first day, and the second day I got hold of Emily? and she was EXTREMELY kind and informative! So THANK YOU! I have sent the package back, NOW is the ultimate test- HOW long it takes to get a refund! I shop 99.9% by mail, and there are certain things I rate and will come back and buy... how much do I have to buy before I get free shipping- 100% to brayola, how was the product represented and was it in perfect condition when I received it-95% to brayola, can I get hold of you quickly- 80% to brayola ( I was extremely frustrated), was your rep nice and/or helpful- 100% to brayola, how long and how HARD is it to return items- 65% to brayola (there is no receipt/paperwork nor any package to return product, and calling to get a number is kind of outdated) and lastly HOW long did the package take to get to me-65% to brayola (it was also sent USPS when I was given confirmation that FedX was the carrier and it took over 7 days). I plan on ordering a bra and 3 pairs of Leonisa's as soon as my credit comes through. Like I said I shop exclusively online and there are com

Buying online means there is a chance you have to send it back and that can be such a hassle. But with Brayola's return policy it is made easy. Yes, you have to pay the shipping but that is a chance I am willing to take. Many stores do not have the size I want, so Brayola is who I go to.

Your return process is ridiculous! Have to to send an email to you, wait for a response, print info you send, write 2 different numbers on the return box is not good customer service. Why not send a return label as other companies do? I will not order from Brayola again. Thank you.

First, the bra I received was cheaply made with poor quality materials, but your return process is cumbersome, non-consumer friendly and archaic. To have to send you an email to receive return instructions is stupid. Then I must write the return code on the outside and inside of the package and fill out a form giving you the brand, style# size and quantity of the return? Don't be so lazy, you have all this information. And the capper is, if I miss any of these steps, you keep 25% of my refund? That sounds illegal, I already have to pay to return the thing. I would NEVER purchase from you again.

Hi Lynellen, The reason we don't put paperwork in the box is for 2 reasons. 1. Is to save the environment. We send ALL correspondence through email, so why would you need it printed again? 2. We are a marketplace, so we use lots of different suppliers. In order to ship items fast and efficiently we don't include paperwork as this would add additional time. I am not sure where you have found that we keep "25%" as this is not our policy. We give a FULL refund, however if you don't follow the instructions, this can be delayed as it will be harder to find in the various warehouses. By writing your number on the outside, we have found this speeds the process up, by 50%. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us, and if there is anything we can do to change this, please do let us know. ALL feedback is extremely valuable, and we do understand that it is a different procedure to what other online stores use. Any questions, please do let us know.
