“I always wear Playtex bra's, but this one was at least 3 inches smaller around than my regular ones. I have not resolved my return yet. How do I return with the small label emailed to me?”

“I thought the process of returns was just a little strange. I had to contact you for instructions, then pay the return postage. It wasn't much, but it added a step that I feel is unnecessary. However, my account was credited in a timely manner.”

“when I called the women on the phone was super friendly, polite, and very helpful at making sure I was fully aware of how to size & even put a bra on! I didn't even know there was a correct way, but she was absolutely correct! It really made a difference in how my bras fit! Just bought like 6 or 7 new ones! Can't wait to get them!”

“I bought several bras but they didn't fit. Your return process is somewhat cumbersome compared to others. Sorry. The bras were awesome though and I would have exchanged them if possible.”

“The bra didn't work at all. It definitely minimized, but it squished everything into the middle, which looks even worse than big breasts. I'd like something that holds in the sides of my breasts and separates in the middle.”

Hi Carolyn, You only purchased your item on Saturday (which is not a business day) and it can take anything from 5-8 Business Days to arrive on standard mail. It should arrive any time up to 31st August!
