“i received order confirmation but no shipping confirmation when I requested shipping confirmation, customer service only repeated the order confirmation. I still don't know if my order has shipped not when it might arrive.”

“I had to return the bra. The size wasn't right for me nor the style. Also it had a funny smell to the material. Sorry. I guess buying things like this on line isn't a good idea for me. Need to be fitted.”

“Although the bra was too small in cup size, Brayola has always delivered great products quickly and if there is a problem they make it very simple to return! I wont buy my bras anywhere else!”

“my experience with customer service went okay. it took two emails to get the information that I needed to make the return but so far so good. still waiting for the actual reimbursement of the monies to my credit card.”

“I was very happy for your reply to my question on finding my bra size. I did review your suggestions, unfortunately the style I want was only available in black and I need a neutral or white color. I will keep checking back to see if those colors become available.”
