First bra didn't fit quite right, ordered a second, one cup size smaller. Fits perfectly! Customer service was great and will definitely order from Brayola again. Thanks!!

The sizing was so far off that I sent the bras back for a full refund. the only thing that saved my review from being the worst is that you are being responsive to my return...though I haven't yet gotten the credit.

I ordered 3 bras ihe first of September and still haven't received either one I would not recomend your co. to any of my friends!.

Hi Jeanne, We did contact you to let you know that your bras have further delayed until late November. Unfortunately the manufacturer who produces Glamorise bras are having a few issues, and will be the same with any company selling these bras. We really do apologize on behalf of them, and totally understand if you want to cancel your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have breasts that tend to be on the outside of my rib cage and because of that need that extra something on the sides. This did not offer enough support on the sides under my armpits to be effective. I just "splatted". I really wanted this to work. It needs way more strength in the elastic for my body type.

You did fine. Only one complaint. It would have been much easier to ship a padded envelope than a box. No need for packing tape and just as secure.

I needed to send a bra back - fit was not quite right, but that happens when you cannot try them on . Sizes vary in stores too so...back it goes, I already ordered the other size and hopefully the two will cross somewhere in the middle =)

I questioned the price ($115)of a bra I was interested in and was told your bras are many different prices. It looks like you bras are good quality but I cannot afford to pay $116. Kay Grady

I requested a change in size within 20 minutes of placing my order. While the agent said she would notify the warehouse, the bras I received were still the wrong size.

I ordered a bra but unfortunately it did not fit. I did not realize that you didn't have free return shipping or have a return address label. Now i need to make a special trip to the post office to return it. Other sites have either free return shipping or include a shipping label that deducts the cost of shipping from your return credit.
