I still have not received all of my order. Shipped on 10/30? I could have driven to pick it up in 30 minutes. No credit posted as I requested, and I have not received my item.

Hi there I had to write you an email about not being able to afford to purchase any more Bras as the Australian Dollar was very bad against the US dollar but go a nice email in return I will purchase when the exchange rate is a little better in the future..... Cheers Kathryn

i have written many times about my order and finally asked to be refunded. Never had a company charge me before item was ready for shipment but you do. Placed an order Oct. 17 and it was paid for and yet still no product. Have had two notices that it was back ordered, understand, then told product was in then told it was put off again. I am tired of waiting and want a refund and will never order from you again. Barbara Timmons

I have been waiting for instructions to make a return. Your return procedures need to be revamped. This is ridiculous to have to wait to hear from the retailer the bra was sent from. It's been almost a week & no news from the company.

I appreciate your reply to my email although I am a bit dubious about the sizing from Australian to U.S. I am unsure if I should order as the size is double my normal bra size.

Hi I was disappointed. I ordered a month ahead thinking my bras would get here with my sister-in-law. The package was not sent on time due to luck of one of the models. I got an e-mail and replayed I do not want the bra and please go ahead and send/ That was 10 days ago and my sister-in-law already lest to Israel. I will ask my other sister-in-law to send the package back to you and hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. So- I am big time disappointed. Avital
