You have done nothing, yet! No one ever called me back, as promised, with my first complaint. I finally got e-mail instructions on hoiw to return for a REFUND. I will not say more until I SEE my money back in my account.

Hi Elaine, I can see from the email correspondence that our customer service rep did try and call you but could not get through. If you followed the instructions correctly you will get a FULL refund.

i can't compare as you don't list my brand so I'm still no wiser I'm a 22d Australia in the brand today's women & target 24d so I still can't buy any

The response to me letting you know that your link to size chat was misdirecting had nothing to do with my information and letting you know I need a size chart so I can make sure I get the right size bra. Not so hard, just fix the misdirection unless you dont really have the standard measurements for a size chart.

I sent a photo of bra and label but haven't heard back. I'm having knee surgery Thursday and will be down for a while. So I wont be able to mail back for awhile. I do want a replacement for it. Thank you Donna Rhama 636 575-0487
