Brayola has an excellent selection of minimizer bras, my favoriate being the Lilyettes. Thesy seem to fit me the best, and they often come in a variety of colors, not just the usual (ie, women with larger chests often only can select from white, black or beige. BORING). However, the bras don't arrive with packing slips, which is very unusual. Wouldn't this expedite the return process? They also cannot be exchanged for a different size or color; you have to initiate a whole new order. Sounds unfortunately like Brayola is making a little extra cash from this unnecessary step.

hope my order was cancelled as requested, it took too long to receive awas placed on or about jan.7 as of jan.25 still hadn't received it, so I called to have ie CANCELLED!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE WILL NOT PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN.

There was a little confusion with my order but once it was figured out, I got it very quickly. And it was woth the wait. A very comfortable and well fitting bra. I’m looking forward to ordering more.

I placed an order on Jan 3 and I have not received it yet. You have charged my credit card but have not sent the order. Communication is terrible. I have called and let messages and sent e-mails. I received one phone call back which they said they would check. One e-mail back which said they would check. That is it. I was so looking forward to getting the bras and even told people about the website. However, I would really appreciate a better explanation. Am I getting them or not. If not please return my money. Thank you very much. I am sorry if this sounds harsh but I am really disappointed.

I bought two clearance non-returnable items and when my order arrived, only one of the two items was in the box even though I had been charged for both. I had no paperwork to prove it. When I called customer service to explain, they went to bat for me and after a few conversations, my second item was sent out in a few days. Thank you! You have a loyal customer!!!!

I have ordered before and I loved my service. I loved the bras so I didn't hesitate to order again to try out the new Warner side effects. There was confusion from the beginning when I was given customer service in the UK and she gave me dates like they write them. Someone here got that explained so I waited longer for my delivery. And waited......still no bras but my money was gone. I had used the Google Trust on my purchase (I always do) so after no response from Brayola they contacted you. After some research on your end....my bras had NEVER been shipped! One was on back order! The best you could do you said was mail the white one and wait on the espresso or cancel. Bingo! I cancelled and just today the amount was posted to my account! You didn't offer me a discount or one free or anything! Need to learn how to keep your good customers. I paid $53.20 on Dec 28th out of an interest bearing checking account and just got it back. I know that's not much but I am a senior citizen and I know how to live on what I have worked for and earned in this life.....

I ordered my bra Jan. 3, and still no bra. No e mail advising me it was on back order, no notice at time of check out, so I DID e mail Brayola, and was told it was on back order, and would not ship until Feb. 3. I should have been notified BEFORE I had to e mail and ask.

Love the Bali bras that I ordered. They are so comfortable. I had given up wearing a "real"bra and switched to only sports bras to get comfort. I am thrilled.

Delivery was far too slow. I ordered for bras to arrive for Christmas. It arrived after and a very disappointed customer.

Not overly impressed with this site although I have ordered a bra recently that hasn't arrived yet. This review is simply to air my view about sales promotions. It seems to me that a site that is complex enough to ask you to set up a profile, would be equally complex enough to only offer to you sales items that come in your size. I have repeatedly received ads for bras that I would definitely be interested in at the sale price but don't come in my size. I voiced my frustration and received a response from customer service advising me of how many bras they do have in my size, which isn't the point. I don't think they get it and that's not much help.
