Your customer service was very polite and responded quickly which is appreciated. However, I am not going to do business with a company that cannot get the website programmed correctly to accept a discount code you have sent me. I have tried every code sent and none were accepted. I know customer service said to go ahead and complete the order and then email them and they would adjust the discount. That's a bunch of crap. Having been a programmer I know this could be fixed quickly. Since it's not fixed, I'm not doing business with you.

I am very disappointed to learn that Israeli women who wish to purchase bras from Brayola must pay an international postal fee of $14.00 when the company is located in Tel Aviv (30 minutes from my house)!! How did this happen?!

Hi Mourgana, We have offices in Tel Aviv, but all of our warehouse and products come from the US, which is why the entire site is in US $. We offer international shipping, which is why it cost you $13.95 to ship to you. We also cannot be responsible for any custom charges. If you have any questions, please let me us know.

I read the reviews before buying, but wow! I bought two; they are super soft. After gaining a lot of weight in a short amount of time I didn't have a clue on how to cover the girls. With my two new bras, I finally want to wear a bra. and I can go all day with it on!

I'm very dissatisfied with your customer service and inability to accommodate my exchange. I was told I need to return my order, re-order my same order to be able to use my store credit. My shipping to do this cost more than the order. I will never order from you again. It has cost me more time and money than the worth of the products! This is all in progress now should anyone be caring enough to help me.

Brayola has the best shopping methods on their website and sells the the best clothing. Their clothing feels so soft, and so smooth against your skin, and can bring the sensuality out of a person.

I called your customer service within two minutes of placing my order because of a mistake that was made. They told me there was no way to fix it and you just refuse the package when it arrived. So when the package did arrive there wasn't a name for the sender, so I didn't do refuse it because I didn't no the contents of the package. It may have been something else I had ordered from another company that I was waiting for. So to refuse it didn't make sense. So I am stuck paying $20 for shipping on an order that was supposed to be free shipping. And then I have to return one of the products I ordered and there is no paperwork included in the package.So I say all that to say that dealing with your company has been a problem since the moment I place my order.

Apparently my bras were backordered, and I was not informed of this, nor given the chance to have the available portion of my order shipped ahead of the backordered item. The person who handled the problem was very helpful, however. I'm giving one star because of the barrage of emails that I receive from Brayola, along with the seeming low inventory that they have. I have switched to Bare Necessities, who always have items ready to ship and a huge selection. Come on Brayola, you can do better.

Did not receive my order after 10 days so contacted Brayola. Customer service was adequate in returning my call, however, apparently one item not available and never was processed. She did have my order reprocessed and I haven't received it yet. Feel this should have been caught sooner and I shouldn't have had to wait so long for my order if and when it comes.

Had a problem with your sticker adhesive not coming off of my "nickers". Was told sorry there is a problem but we don't know how to help you. Felt like I got the royal kiss-off. Come back spend more money but don't expect us to offer any assistance. As you can tell by now, not very happy with the customer service I was offered.

Received the corset and it was extremely too small. I went by the measurements to use and I ordered the medium. I should have ordered like 2x!!!!!!! Sizing was waaaaaayyyyyy off! Don't like returning. Probably won't order again.

Finally a place I can purchase good quality bras that fit and look good. Most stores do mot carry DDD cups which is very frustrating. There are alot of big busted women . Also customer service is great.

I am not happy at all with Brayola, sorry to say. I first ordered a bra after speaking with a customer service person at Brayola & she advised me of what size to order according to my measurements, but when I received the 1st bra, it was way too small. I than spoke with a 2nd person at Brayola & she advised me to order the next size in the same bra, but that was too small also. I than decide to send that bra back for an exchange bra, but I received a refund instead of an exchange for the bra & size I believed would fit. I am very disappointed & still don't have a bra. I also received an e-mail from Brayola that I would get an explanation of why I didn't get an exchange bra, but got a refund, but still haven't heard an answer.

Prompt replies are good. I was sent a bra size converter but it didn't go to my size Australian 24D. I ride horses and I am looking for a decent sports bra to stop the discomfort when trotting or cantering. I have tried several shops but to no avail. The shops have my size but the bra's are useless.
