I sent back two of the bras for exchange. To date, I have not received the exchange nor an email explaining what happened.

Good idea: requesting a selfie of one's current bra-fit. But there was no packing list in the box I received. When I tried on the 2 bras I bought, one didn't fit at all; the other was an "almost." Brayola agreed that I should send another photo, but I was busy. So they closed my return ticket. I emailed to say I still needed to return the bras, and they answered with yet a third number. I had to phone to find out which number to put on my return package. I won't use Brayola again.

Poor fitting and cost as much to return as the bra cost. I will not recommend or use you again. The return assistance ( Lilly) was terrific.

I had the pleasure talking to one of your representatives last week. She was very pleasant. We haven't got my problem solved yet but we are working on it. I ordered the wrong size and tried to catch it before it went out for delivery but i wasn't fast enough. I have refused the package and am sending it back, hopefully to get the right size. So when i get this completed, i can tell you more. Thanks, Charlene Wayman

I have not yet received my product making your request for a review a bad decision. I have not received any further info since Simone reported that the product was being re issued.

Would have been better to include the invoice/return form like most other companies do, instead of making us contact you to get the return form. Complicates the process.

I've been working w/ Simone for a few months and she has been so kind and patient w/ me. I'm still trying to decide what I want to buy, its a big purchase. I look forward to having her to ask any questions I still may have. Julia

the bra I ordered was delivered very fast. infortunately, it was too small. your response to my questions about returns were quickly returned. I am still for a front close bra with good support. I am 75 with large drooping breasts.

I have to give one star because I have never received the two bras I ordered. I inquired, was told they were not packaged for some reason but would be sent again. But that has not happened. I will call customer service again today.
