I still have not received the order. I have emailed you several times to ask about the status of my order, and have yet to receive a response. Where is my bra?

So far, I have not received my order. It was ordered March 5 and today is March 30. Everyone in customer service has been very nice, but no one has explained why my order was "sent back to the warehouse" and, although I am assured it has been shipped, I have not yet received it. So....one star at this point.

Hard! You have to call, then print an invoice. You could have just had the invoice with directions on how to make s return in the package

I recently left a voice message on the phone with a question about a certain product I ordered. Customer representative responded quickly, and helped me to work things out. Something was out of stock, and she even found and suggested a similar product for me. I have already received it, and it is very much the same as the one I ordered (I can't tell the difference). Thanks so much!

Your customer service representatives have been very prompt in responding to me. The problem is that I still, a whole month after placing my order, I have yet to receive it. I think it's a ridiculously long time to wait. I was hoping to have my new bras before traveling outside the country next week, but it doesn't seem as if that is going to happen.

My first order was on 3-11, second order was 3-14 & I still don't have either!!! No current shipping/tracking info is available so I guess I will just wait & see!!! I also accidentally made a typo & misspelled my name on one of my emails. My name is 'Dona' not 'do o'

After not receiving my order I contacted Brayola and was told I could get a refund - 2/3 of what I paid. Still waiting for the rest of the refund for something I never received.

Was supposed to get a disconnect and it would have dropped my total to 20.some and they took 33. Out of my account. So not very happy. I have never had this problem with your company before. Hope you can fix it so that I will continue shopping with Brayola.

Hi Annita, the reason your item hasn't been received yet is because you put the wrong zip code in. As soon as the items come back to us, we will be able to re-ship to the correct address.

when I had a question about a part of my order, you checked it out and answered me faster than I expected. My only issue was that I could not get my response to print above the ## line. Thank you for your quick response.
