I have been trying to order a bra since March! This is ridiculous, and I keep having to switch what I ordered, just to be told that is out of stock too. I have also been told three times now it would be shipped out, I REALLY hate being lied to.

After purchasing a Bali bra, I needed a different size. The on-line team got right back to me with instructions. Easy to do, however, it cost me another $9.95 for UPS shipping. Know your size before you buy.

I purchased the Lilyette Keyhole Embellished Minimizer Bra--confirmation number 84373. The fit is great, but the underwires both poke into my side. I like the material and fit of the bra, but after a couple hours, it is too uncomfortable to wear.

This has been a bra ordering NIGHTMARE. I ordered 3 bras, which appeared in 3 different shipments over the course of a week and a half. No receipts or return slips. Received the wrong color for one, and tried to repair it and your customer service people can't even get the returns and exchanges correct. Will NEVER ever use this site again.

Hi Donna, We've not received the items back yet. Did you get tracking on it? IF so, can you email us with the tracking information so we can see when it got to us. Keep in mind it does take up to 10 business days once the item has arrived to go through checks and for us to process it.

Read the above message. I have to spend $30 bucks to return merchandise to two locations...unbelievable. Horrible business practices.
